Friday Inspiration. Knitting in Art.

Artist and photographer Daniela Edburg is famous for her unique and often contradictory work. Daniela has a degree in visual arts and her work has been exhibited all over the world. Daniela works on the edge, some of her works are really exaggerated and shocking.

Daniela creates  "fictional scenarios that are extreme to the point where they become contradictory."

In recent years Daniela started to use knitting and crochet in her art installations. She sees it as "a simple form of handmade fiction".

Daniela's work "analyzes certain aspects that define our human nature, particularly the artificial world we inhabit and the nonsense that it generates."
