Ivy’s Sunset

The holiday week is continuing here at For the Love of Knitwear and today’s pattern for holiday sale is Ivy sweater. The knitwear is meant to be worn for years - I published Ivy back in 2017 as a part of Moeke Yarns Doina Collection and it is still being worn and cherished 5 years later. For me it is definitely a sign of a successful knit :) It is also such a bitter-sweet feeling of remembering everything that has happened during these years and how my world and myself have changed.

The Ivy sweater is a great knit if you are just trying your needles at the cable knitting - the central panel is fun to knit, easy to execute and the instructions include both the chart and written instructions for your convenience. Faux side seam created by a simple slip stitch technique adds more structure to the sweater.
