Friday Inspiration. Vintage Wedding Dress.

American actress, a film icon of 1960s and 70s, Raquel Welch wore a handmade white crochet dress for her wedding with Patrick Curtis in 1967.  

The marriage didn't last, but this dress quite frequently appears in the "Most famous wedding dresses" lists.

I really love the shaping of the dress which is based on the changing number of crochet motifs and, most probably, of a hook size.
