On my coffee table...

Knitting blog booksOn weekend we went book hunting. We walked all around the downtown and visited small antique shops looking for hidden treasures. You never know what you are going to find. Here's what I put on my coffee table.I love interior and architecture books. Wooden furniture, gardens and interior textiles are my passion. I've found all of these in "Mexican Country Style" by Karen Witynski and Joe P. Carr and "In a Mexican Garden" by Gina Hyams and Melba Levick. You'll find beautiful and inspiring pictures, practical advice where and how to look for wooden furniture, tips on creating your own garden and taking care of wooden pieces.

"Behind the Doors of San Miguel de Allende" by Robert De Gast. This town has been on our dream destination list for quite some time. Someday... So far, I am enjoying beautiful photography by Robert De Gast.Knitting blog books"The Guide to Baja Sea Kayaking" by Dave Eckardt. I've never done kayaking in my life. But after I read that one couple has sailed through entire Baja California on a kayak, took beautiful pictures and helpful notes of every single corner of the peninsula, the book became a must-read!  Priceless experience.Knitting blog books
