Crochet, Reading, Clean Eating.

I would love to take a moment to thank you for all your kind comments on my last post. It means a world to me! Thank you!I love joining Small Things Yarn Along from time to time. I will try to do it more regularly and add something of my own - clean eating. I believe that the right food is our best medicine. And these simple small choices will really make a difference in the course of time.

Crochet. Reading. Clean Eating. Great for body, mind and spirit.

Crochet. Reading. Clean eating.

Crochet. Working on my lace project in beautiful rich blue cotton. As I promised, I am taking careful notes as I work, so I can share it with you later. It takes much more time this way, but if more people are able to make it afterwards, it is so worth it!Reading. "Yoga Sequencing" by Mark Stephens. I used to practice yoga regularly in Russia and had an amazing instructor. He was the one who inspired me to become a pilates instructor. But right now I  physically don't have time to visit yoga studio. This is the book I was looking for! It includes multiple sequences with instructional photos for all levels. You can definitely use it at home if you have enough experience with a good instructor. I would not recommend it for beginners. It's always better to start with live classes.Clean Eating. I try to keep it simple. Strawberries and blueberries for a healthy afternoon snack.

Happy crafting!
